📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work with Gelato, a global print-on-demand provider, to create and ship our products. Below you'll find details about our shipping process so you know what to expect.

🌍 Where We Ship

We ship to the United States and Canada! Gelato has a global production network, which means your order will usually be fulfilled at the facility closest to your delivery address—helping reduce shipping times, costs, and environmental impact.

⏱ Processing Times

Each item is made to order. Typically, orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once your item is printed and packed, it will be shipped directly to you.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

USA & Canada: 2–7 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to local postal services, customs, or seasonal demand.

đź’° Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions—be sure to keep an eye out!


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

Please reach out to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll gladly work with Gelato to replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

âť— Additional Notes

Shipping times may be extended during holidays or peak shopping seasons.

We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, giving you an estimated arrival time for your purchased goods.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
